According to the author:

 

The Twenty Fifth issue of the Filthy Flip Experiment is the first in a three part saga that I am going to submit for a prestigious grant. It is story of coming to terms with oneself, and making peace with the world as it is and finding beauty in stuff. In this first issue the main character goes on a hike to a monestary and gets into a brief random encounter. At the end she contacts an android who may have the key to help her with her problem…Update I did not get the grant.
