This collaborative zine features the work of five Chicago-area artists exploring the emotions and experiences that come with living in a human body. Delving into the compelling comics created by Jamie Kadas, Katie Armentrout, Jude R. Bettridge, Megan Kirby, and Andrea Pearson feels like participating in an affirming, uplifting, and breathtakingly honest conversation. This project was inspired by the empowering dialogue among these artists at the Bodies on the Page event produced by Zine Club Chicago in November 2023, and we’re thrilled to see this discussion continue! – C.E.
